How to Choose HDD/SSD/SD/TF Cards?
The AI dash camera and hdd mobile dvr is designed to save all recordings to an installed TF card/SD Card/ HDD/SSD, with a maximum capacity of 2TB. It is important to note that SD card slot will come with 4G models of HDD Mobile DVR. Once the HDD reaches its capacity, the loop recording will be activated and older videos will be overwritten. There must be brand TF card need class 10 or above to support high rate writing.
How to choose HDD?
For HDD, users must choose 2.5inches SATA notebook hard disk drive, 5400prm/7200prm, 1TB/2TB should be enough.
How to choose SSD?
Solid State Disk, SSD now keep cheaper than HDD. And its writing speed is higher than HDD. However SSD has a bug for rewriten times. And if the SSD is broken, everything in the disk will be lose and not be recovered. HDD keep more safer. With SD cards as backup, important alarm videos can be well protected.
How to choose SD Cards/TF card?
SD card memory usually to save alarm video as backup. 4G HDD mobile DVR can bring 1pcs extra SD slot. Users can choose a 64G- 256GB SD cards any good quality Class 10. SD mobile dvrs will support 1or 1pcs SD slots. It depends on the model.
